Features from GrowthExperiments have been the default on all Wikipedias for some time (see Growth-Scaling project). But we never updated test.wikipedia.org and test2.wikipedia.org to follow the defaults for other wikis. For consistency, and to avoid surprising ourselves when creating accounts on test.wikipedia.org, let's have test/test2 wikis follow the 'default' setting.
