Hello. I would kindly ask for the following localization regarding time in Slovene wiki projects.

• Hours and minutes should be separated with a period instead of a colon (hh.mm).
• In case of hh:mm:ss, no change is required (colon is used).
• seconds and parts of seconds should be separated with a comma (3:57,23 meaning 3 minutes 57 seconds 23 hundredths).
