The message in the main menu
vector-language-redirect-to-top
is too long, and is no longer accurate: the sticky header means a language-links icon is always available in the upper-right, so there's no point in jumping your view back to the top of the page.
Proposed updated string (discussion):
Language links (文A) are at the top-right of the page.
Or simply
Language links are at the top of the page across from the title.
