As we get to a place where the campaign product tools (and the registration feature) need to role out to more Wikis, it would be great for organizers to be able to arbitrarily place the "register" button anywhere within Wikitext templates/markup. Having a prebuilt lua template that helps follks initiate the dialogue at other points in the page would be wonderful for the old hands who are used to using buttons to initiate these kinds of things
