Description

As an experienced contributor, I want to be able to easily opt out from receiving notifications.

We already have an opt out option for article image suggestions T292146. As, we will be bundling together notifications for article and sections, we can use use the existing preference to cover both article and section-level notifications.

Turning off/on the existing "Image suggestions" preference in opt in/out settings enables/disables section level notifications as well as article level notifications
