Update section title mapping database

Description

The section title mapping database was last updated in 2021. Updating it with the latest database will help a lot in section mapping issues (ie not finding relevant sections in the target wiki, mapping section wrongly, etc)

The process to update is described at: cxserver/scripts/SectionTitleAlignment/README.md
