The REST API cache contains page bundle content compatible with VE ("edit mode").

The read views cache currently (Ica09a4284c00d7917f8b6249e946232b2fb38011) contains HTML with inline data-parsoid which is intended for read views.

This is useful in the short term to decouple the read views and REST deprecation work, but these should eventually be made consistent and the caches combined.
