Description

Standardize build on the Metrics Platform Java client test pipeline.
Add support for SonarCloud.

Note that MP repo will be migrated to GitLab (T332953) soon so timing might be optimal for working on this task in collaboration with the Search Platform team which is planning CI support in GitLab.
