The newly approved Gurene Wikipedia https://gur.wikipedia.org/wiki/P%C9%9Bgezure.

In the Android app this gets updated automatically (with our periodic language update script), and is already in the current Beta, therefore untagging Android.

Update: I took T333596 out of the PR since adding new variant is a bit more complex. We will tackle it separately.

Fix is in 7.3.1.

Looking good on 7.3.1 (2297) in the following languages: Gurene, Wayuu, and Angika. I could not get Fanti to work, but it seems like we are tracking that separately.
