Description

We need to move our dashboard repository from okapi to wikimedia-enteprise group (let's put it under websites/dashboard subgroup), so that we can fully migrate our workflow to the new group.

Acceptance criteria

Dashboard moved from okapi to wikimedia-enteprise group under wikimedia-enteprise/websites/dasboard subgroup.
All the CI/CD pipelines working as they were before.
