I have broken out the payments dlocal_gateway entries to their own file.

As for the SmashPig log entries, currently all processors entries go to the general payments-listener-smashpig and not individual files. It is easy enough to do on the rsyslog config but we should get agreement on if we are just splitting out this one processor or if we want all processors split out.

Thanks! So I think the payments-listener-smashpig log lines are all from frpig. I was talking about the log lines from payments* which are initiated by code in SmashPig-the-library and have SmashPig somewhere. Those are currently all going to payments-misc.
Could we please add the 'SmashPig: dlocal:' lines from payments* to the new payments-dlocal log? We can make a new ticket for breaking out the different processor lines from payments-listener-smashpig on frpig.
