This is just a replacement for the existing miscweb1002/2002, exact same request as in T247887, same requirements.

The purpose is to move from buster to bullseye. There are multiple sites/apps on it that we want to move individually and might or might not keep around long term.

created as miscweb1003 and miscweb2003 with same specs as before (2GB RAM, 20GB disk, 1 CPU, private)..

installed bullseye using reimage cookbook with --new

and added to site with role "insetup::serviceops_collab".
