Uhm.
The webserver is running PHP 5.4.16 (!!!) but Matomo requires 5.5.9 so it seems my predecessor installed something that now is not working or it never worked. Probably I can just migrate the traffic without thinking in any way about this. I will report the situation to Ilario Valdelli.
