Description

T329906 defines the link to the documentation as

References: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:MyLanguage/Help:Growth/Tools/Newcomer_Tasks#addref

Currently, the link has the incorrect anchor - #references
Newcomer_Tasks#references

Steps:

On Special:RecentChanges page on any wiki filter the results for #Newcomer task: references
In any of the fetched results, click on the tag Newcomer task: references - the anchor #references wont's work.
