Problem: Not all Tileservers support Zoomlevels 0-19. Actually, i always (=every new MW-Version) must edit the file "modules/box/Map.js" and change the "maxZoom".

Solution: It would be better to have a configuration setting (like $wgKartographerFallbackZoom) to avoid these code changes.
