Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

PAWS has recently changed from https://hub.paws.wmcloud.org/ to hub-paws.wmcloud.org/ but the public link which can be copy-pasted from the interface hasn't been updated.

• Go to hub-paws.wmcloud.org/
• Create a notebook
• Clic right and choose "Copy public link"
• Open the link in a browser

What happens?:

• The link doesn't work: https://public.paws.wmcloud.org/User:PAC2/mostfrequentdomains.ipynb

What should have happened instead?:

• The link should be https://public-paws.wmcloud.org/User:PAC2/mostfrequentdomains.ipynb
