Description

Motivation

Currently IP addresses for non-logged-in users are published and preserved for forever. After IP Masking, IPs for temp accounts will be stored in the Checkuser database for only 90 days (same as for registered users) after which they will be wiped out. Is there a community need for preserving IPs for longer than 90 days? Are they helpful in patrolling older cases?
