Enable WWT for all namespaces

Use case(s) (list the steps that you performed to discover that problem, and describe the actual underlying problem which you want to solve. Do not describe only a solution):
The docs say, "WWT only works on article pages (not talk, user, or other pages)" pretty sure that means WWT only works in Namespace 0 (Main/Article), but there are so many other namespaces where WWT has value! Like all of them.

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):
WWT is a highly regarded tool.
Requests have been presented to enable WWT on other wikis.

I want to ensure not just other wikis, but more all namespaces on these wikis.

Please enable WWT for all namespaces.
