Impossible to specify a block range for IP in Special:Block

Description

On fr-wp, since yesterday, impossible to specify a block range for IP on Special:Block.

Steps:

On fr-wp, open Special:Block for an IPV6 (for example https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sp%C3%A9cial:Bloquer/2A01:CB1E:12:A65D:D9EF:7984:AEA6:B66B)
try to add "/64" to the IP (in order to block the /64 range, as we often do for residential IP);
it is not possible anymore. The software lock the IP text (now displayed on a grey background with rounded border) which cannot be edited. Screenshot below.
