Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

Visit https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:Introduction_to_tables_with_Wiki_Markup/1
Click "< Help:Introduction to tables with Wiki Markup" (the purple link in the attached image.)

What happens?:
We end up still where we were.

What should have happened instead?:

We should have gone to the page mentioned.

Software version (skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia):

This is not a bug. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:Introduction_to_tables_with_Wiki_Markup redirects to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:Introduction_to_tables_with_Wiki_Markup/1

Also, if one presses the shortcut shown in the right,

one just gets to a weird redirect information page.

I am saying that to end users clicking on these things, it seems like there is something wrong.

That something wrong is a local content issue which is out of scope for Phabricator
