Feature summary (what you would like to be able to do and where):
Similar to how ReFill expands {{Cite x}} templates where only the url field is filled, I'd like it if it were also able to expand {{Cite x}} templates where only the url and author fields are filled, similar to how it will fill piped external links.
(Or, perhaps a better feature would be a checkbox that says "attempt to add fields to all sources, regardless of whether they appear to be a bare URL"? Not sure)
Use case(s) (list the steps that you performed to discover that problem, and describe the actual underlying problem which you want to solve. Do not describe only a solution):
I was trying to use ReFill on https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Draft:Alessio_Lanna&oldid=1146963370. If you were to copy this to a sandbox and test ReFill on it, it would not make any changes, I assume because title and author being filled is enough for it to think it's not a bare url.
(Note that I worked around this by doing this).
Benefits (why should this be implemented?):
It would increase the amount of pages with near bare URLs that ReFill could be used on.
