For reference, in rsyslog we are looking to split on the following "programname"s:

SmashPig-Dlocal
SmashPig-AstroPay
SmashPig-Adyen
SmashPig-Ingenico
SmashPig-PayPal
Smashpig-Amazon
Smashpig-Braintree(?)

Any log entries not matching one of those will still go to the payments-listener-smashpig log file.
