the link strip only has "TimedText Discussion Read Edit View history"

Well, if you look at the title, there it is clear as day, "English subtitles for clip: File:Landing at SFO 2022.07.06.webm"

That's the title of the page! However the words

"File:Landing at SFO 2022.07.06.webm"

Are in black. Not in blue.

Of the thousand or so links on that page, they forgot one, extremely important one!

The video itself serves as a link in a pretty roundabout way; you can view it, and when you click on the (i) displayed in the bottom right hand, that will take you to the page you want. It's also available in the URL.

I think that's suboptimal, but it is available.

It would be an improvement to navigation, and certainly to no-JS navigation (maybe someone wants to read the caption version of the video), to add an obvious link, probably similarly styled to how we have subpage "breadcrumb" links in many namespaces today.
