Proposed visual design of menus in Vector 2022:
Recommended changes include:
- New ‘inline’ button style for hide/pin action (this design will be dependent on style chosen by DS team)
- Consistent spacing between menu items across all menus
- Spacing increased between menu sections for improved readability
- Rules placed under menu section titles

@Jonesey95 It looks like the conversation in T307316 is still ongoing. Although I see the value in numbering the ToC in certain situations, we're not planning on introducing enumeration in this iteration.
