Background
We are introducing our community to the iOS watchlist feature which will enable them to keep track of changes across pages of interest. We would like to begin the process of reaching out to the community to get them engaged with the feature. Here we will execute on the previously defined community outreach plan (T334216) to the target audience.

The primary target audience is as follows:
Primary- Frequent app editors in Northern and Western Europe
Secondary- New and in-frequent app editors in US & Canada that have edits on other platforms

@Amal will determine the most effective channels for reaching our target audiences. This could include social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn), email newsletters, the Wikipedia Community portal, Wikipedia-associated forums and mailing lists, and local meetups or WikiProjects.
