Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

What happens?: I receive the error "IP information for this address cannot be retrieved since no edits have been made from it"

What should have happened instead?: I should have been able to access the IP information, because there are in fact contributions (albeit deleted ones).

Software version (skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia): N/A

Other information (browser name/version, screenshots, etc.):

For deleted edits, the information should available on Special:DeletedContributions instead. See T318463: IP Info accordion should show up on the Special:DeletedContributions.
