Visual Editor's toolbar icon for inserting a citation is not intuitive. Suggest changing.

OOUI has a bunch of citation-related icons that all seem generally more suitable.

Or, at least, none of those scream "blockquote" to me.

During the qualitative usability tests WMDE conducted as part of the work they are doing on Sub-References, they too observed people who are new to editing Wikipedia unclear about what to press/click to add a reference:

P2 (mobile website on desktop) was unable to find ‘Cite’ and even explored the source editor, before declaring they would have given up if this wasn’t a test. They needed facilitator intervention to find ‘Cite’.
