Not sure if this would be covered by T90612 but the global user page footer that appears on global user pages distinct from the Meta-Wiki one needs either bi-directional isolation or better handling of the LTR/RTL.

hewiki; uselang=he (site default)

As you can see the final dot displays at the start of the message, and when using an RTL language, the URL directionality displays as LTR.
