What is the problem?

When entering a temporary user account in Special:Block, the list of IP addresses does not always look right in RTL.

For example, you might see two commas in a row, or a comma before the first IP address.

1. Go to Special:Block?uselang=he
2. Enter a temporary username which has multiple IP addresses
