This is the enwiki User Rights log for User:Xeno. It currently misses any changes made globally from Meta.

This means that to effectively see all user rights changes for any given user, you need to either look them up on local wiki + meta and compare the two, or use external tools that do the same.

This should be changed, otherwise it makes Special:User Rights log useless for anyone with some combination of bureaucraft / Checkuser / Oversight roles in their logs.
