Some section headings, like == {{tl|Cite web}} is broken ==, don't work when they're translated to the /* Section heading */ links in edit summaries. This is inconvenient if you're on the history page and want to quickly reach the correct section. Please make the history page magically know exactly what part of the page I want to reach.
