User story:
As a new editor adding a caption, I want to receive help if I click/tap on the ? icon, because writing captions is difficult.
Update the caption help message for section image tasks.
Design:
Triggered by tapping the help icon for the caption input field.
The same content as the caption onboarding is reused, without the guided help style and “don’t show again” footer.
