The specialpage import gives access to two important options (Copy all the revisions for this page and Assign edits to local users where the named user exists locally).
The script is actually an interesting option only when these possibility is given.
So at least these two additional options should be available.

On Wikisource a series of pages has to be moved from international (ie. :mul:) to the national Wikisource. It depands on the specific pecularities in US and national copyright). The history of the pages is important, the users exist on both sites (at least it is the normal case).

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):
Administrators, importers who have to shuffle several pages from one site to another.
