Right now if a temporary user has too many IPs then only a few IPs are shown and a "See more" button (link?) needs to be clicked to show the rest of the IPs

Per discussion with @Tchanders, this reverses some of T324719: In Special:Block, hide IP addresses associated with a temporary account, if there are too many
Change 915462 had a related patch set uploaded (by STran; author: STran):

@STran It does a Show IP when you enter it in the free text box but if you type the temporary username (ex. /*Unregistered_24) in the URL, the Show IP disappears even when you click on the temp name to register it as seen in the video. When you enter different temp names in the Username, IP address, or IP range: free text box, Show IP does not appear anymore.
@STran I created ticket T336433: IP Masking- Special:Block- Show IP is gone when entering the Temp User in URL regarding the issue from above. Since I did not come across anything else regarding this ticket, I will move this to Done. Thanks!
