The approval managers for each permission is defined in the rules.yaml for the IDM. These are manually defined and can get out of sync with reality as managers change position, leave or are project move to different owners.

Implement a daily/weekly check that reads all managers from the yaml file and validate that they are still in a position to be able to approve requests.
