This is a child of T334238: Create deprecation plan for public parsoid endpoints. We need to contact Google and see if we can get them to migrate their use of the old RESTBase endpoints to the new core page html endpoints.
In particular we need to ask about their usage of /api/rest_v1/transform/wikitext/to/html which currently doesn't have an equivalent in the core page html.
