Background

For the Watchlist feature, we need to have an empty state.

There are two primary design questions we need to answer

• What will the empty state for non-logged in users look like?
• What will be the empty state for logged in users who do not have a Watchlist?

Requirements

• Should follow empty state in other places in the app

The importance of this feature is to learn how best to pull in users who are not logged in to the app.
