Observed Result:
The UI looks broken because of the floating table inside the template Šablona:Hlavička diskuse Hlavní strany. The table is overlapping with the section heading. Subscribe button is misplaced.

Note this is how the heading behaves without DT enabled. I think we discussed that it might be possible to give the heading a minimum width, but in the past this sort of layout issue was considered an on wiki problem.
