Description

Rules in .css files are not getting flipped. If the file is renamed to .less the contents are flipped.

Is this happening in Wikimedia production? If it does, it's an "unbreak now".

It may only be when the interface language doesn't match the content language...

Esanders closed this task as a duplicate of T335868: "Embedded" VE context is positioned outside the focusable node in RTL when interface language != content language direction.

I'll make this a single issue about interface lang dir !== content lang dir
