Thanks for reporting this! Confirming. For comparison, here is a screenshot from 1.41.0-wmf.6:
.mw-tag-marker in wmf.7 has border-radius: 50%;.
wmf.6 had border-radius: 1.6em;
Im guessing this is related to T330966: "Show IP" button on Special:Contributions while using MinervaNeue skin needs styling fixes since recent changes shares styles with the contributions page OR the recent switch away from mediawiki ui variables (T332541: Replace mediawiki.ui variables with mediawiki.skin.variables)
Provisionally tagging with a few people / teams until we've worked out the cause.
This was caused by T332541 (patch https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/skins/MinervaNeue/+/906791). Could the design systems team please take a look?
