with a group, we are working on a new amazigh project using the tifinagh characters but there is no fonts for this characters on all the wikimedia projects. I suggests to add a fonts to these characters.

Please link to a license for these fonts. Fonts must have an OSI-compatible license, as far as I know.

Concerning the license I don't have it, this fonts are designed by an official establishment in Morocco, designed by Royal Institute of Amazigh Culture (https://www.ircam.ma/fr)

The license of the fonts of that site are not mentioned, but I downloaded one font and found "Copyright 2016 by CEISIC, IRCAM, Rabat. All rights reserved." in it's file. I am not going to check all of the hundreds of fonts, but I expect the case is similar for the others.
We can only use open source fonts, hence this request is not actionable if no open source font is named.
