What happens?:

Tool 'tooltranslate' webservice PHP hangs forever when trying to write to its data path /data/project/tooltranslate/public_html/data/
Example: /data/project/tooltranslate/public_html/data/duplicity/en.json

What should have happened instead?:

Write a JSON file as it did for years.

Possibly related: Like several of my tools (eg magnustools, wikidata-todo) the webservice suddenly stopped working yesterday. Did webservice stop/start. Webservice is back but in this case maybe doesn't get NFS handle?
