If authors have opted out of their paper to be publicly shared, please exclude their recording from further steps.

Plenary sessions

Opening: skip. It's not complete.
Closing: please edit the video and stop at minute 5 second 37.
Panel: please edit and stop at minute 57, second 05.
Award ceremony: please edit and start at 6 seconds in and stop at 13 minutes and 13 seconds.

Uploading
Contact techsupport@wikimedia.org and ask them to upload the videos to the Wikimedia Foundation channel (similar to this one). Please provide updated language for the description.

Updating the website
Once the videos are in YouTube, please work with @fkaelin to update the website.

I edited and updated the videos on the folder.
Removed the "opt-put" recordings from the folders that were shared with techsupport (they can still be found in the submissions folder).
Sent email to techsupport for help. Currently waiting their response - will work with them to get it all done shortly.

@KHernandez-WMF thanks to you (and Fab) for bringing these to the website. Two pieces of work left before you close this task:

Please share the video link corresponding to each paper in https://wikiworkshop.org/2023/#papers . Currently the paper is linked via [PDF], please change to [abstract, video] and link from abstract to the paper, and from video to the specific presentation. It will be helpful for Fab if you give the videos in the order that papers appear in that page so he doesn't have to find and match on his end.

Once that's done, please send an email to the workshop registrants, share the playlist and https://wikiworkshop.org/2023/#papers .

@KHernandez-WMF: Hi, the Due Date set for this open task passed a while ago.
Could you please either update or reset the Due Date (by clicking Edit Task), or set the status of this task to resolved in case this task is done? Thanks!
