We agreed that Rachel will take care of the scheduling and announcement of meetings. This is how this is planned to work:
- Monday: architects meet and decide the agenda for next week's RfC meeting.
- Wednesday: RfC meeting hosted, the agenda for the next meeting is shared, confirmed, and announced.
- Friday: Heads up at the Roadmap and Deployments meeting.
- Next Wednesday: RfC meeting hosted as announced.
