Do we need checkboxes for "move tests" and "adjust monitoring" ?
done. I followed apache logs on miscweb1003. Before deploy I saw my hits for bienvenida, after deploy to cp4* they stopped there but site is up.
And this looks fine too:

Thanks for switching the traffic! I've done the puppet code cleanup and added checkboxes for moving the httpbb tests and monitoring.
The last part is archive the gerrit project https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/plugins/gitiles/wikimedia/campaigns/eswiki-2018/. (Setting it read-only and put a [ARCHIVED], moved to https://gitlab.wikimedia.org/repos/sre/miscweb/bienvenida/ in the project description).
