When adding a tester, literal arguments can not be immediately added

Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

What happens?:
We get the two arguments, but the literals are "closed", there is nothing I can enter.

What should have happened instead?:
One should be able to actually enter the literals, it should look like this

open literal.png (1×1 px, 204 KB)

Software version (skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia):

Workaround: if I use the modeselector to change to reference and then back to the literal, it works.

Works beautifully now for literal values! Some trouble for nominals, but there's T336719 for that. Resolving this one.
