Description

Integration of VideoCutTool into Commons Beta, the testing and development environment of Wikimedia Commons. This will create a dedicated space for users to test video upload features without impacting the production platform. It will improve testing efficiency, encourage user feedback, and ensure a more robust video editing experience on Wikimedia Commons.

@Reputation22: Could you maybe consider to add a last separate line Bug: T337093 to commit messages in GitLab (see also https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Gerrit/Commit_message_guidelines though that is for Gerrit) so it's easier to find the corresponding Phab task from a commit message)? Thanks a lot!
