Another short note to document yet another problem that has cropped up in the deployment environment. Tasks are no longer being deleted upon completion, nor during the database updates.

Something seems to be going wrong with how we're handling the task time stamping -- tasks which shouldn't be refreshed are being refreshed -- which is curious as the pipeline still appears to be working as intended locally. My investigation is ongoing.
