Make raw dumps of all image suggestions evaluation rounds publicly available.

Data is stored in the s55244__sectionImageSuggestionsRatings table of the following Toolforge tool: https://toolsadmin.wikimedia.org/tools/id/section-image-suggestions-test.
The dataset_id field should correspond to a single evaluation round. Every round can be dumped to a CSV file.
