Description

In a new alignment exercise, Community Resources was able to align with Foundation regions on all but two classifications. In review, Guillaume P has adjusted the Foundation regions to classify Israel and Malta with N&WE rather than MENA so these associations along with relabels from US/CAN to NA and to consistently use ampersand have been updated in the root file:

@Mayakp.wiki flagging you here that following the grants team's alignment work there were two adjustments from the World Bank MENA region to the NWE region for the Foundation schema (Malta & Israel) which will be updated to the hive table with this task's completion.
